What are some words of wisdom you have for others preparing for their sessions?
Be yourself, don’t take it too seriously. If you feel a little awkward and silly that’s okay, it doesn’t show in the pictures. Trust your photographer!

Lots of slow family time- sun and sitting in the grass, some good music playing, afternoon beers outside (after the baby is born!) while the kids play in the dirt.
