What are some words of wisdom you have for others preparing for their sessions?
I think the best photos are spontaneous, in the moment shots that really reflect personalities and relationships. It's easy to stress too much about the perfect outfit, perfect pose, perfect location, etc, but I think it's important to be comfortable and let your natural smiles shine.

Sundays are family days. An ideal Sunday includes a big breakfast (either eating out or at home), some light prep for the week ahead, playing outside, dinner, and a movie or game before winding down.
