Tell me about your favorite parts of our session, or why you enjoyed the session

Honestly, the best part is there was no expectations. We have never taken professional photos. And having a very big age range between our girls is hard to catch a good age to get photos with a teen who hates proper photos to a toddler who is stubborn and shy haha. But this exceeded my expectations and we felt so welcome and not pressured. 

What are some words of wisdom you have for others preparing for their sessions?

Do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. Just take it for what’s it worth. Love your family the way they are. Prepare as best you can by matching whatever you want but so not put any pressure on you or your family to be “perfect” because you and family are perfect. Let the photographer caption you in your element.

My perfect Sunday is waking up to a cool breezy morning with hot coffee in hand and the smell of bacon, with my girls laughing in the background to their dad chasing them around the living room. Then an afternoon of playing outside,and finishing off the day with a few adult beverages by the fire
