How they met ::   We have known each other since 8th grade, but we started spending more time together after college because my roommate was best friends with him & his sister.

How he asked :: We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary at Gibson's in Chicago. We had the most amazing time and after dinner a photographer said he was with the social media team at Gibson's and wanted to get our pictures. I was turned around for one and when I turned the other way Nick was on one knee. It was the most magical day! There was a horrible blizzard that day so outside was beautiful and snowy on the river and it felt like a scene from a movie. When we got back to our apartment after dinner the entire place was decorated for us with rose petals, champagne, and candles everywhere - it was so special!

How you knew (they were the one) :: We've known each other for years and when we finally started dating, I just knew he was for me. He got me (as my mom loved to say). He knows how to make me laugh, he knows what to do when I'm stressed with work, he knows how I want to be loved and what my love language is - he is just my absolute best friend!

What is your favorite thing to do together ::  We love to travel and explore new places.

What is your idea of the perfect Sunday :: Bears game with our favorite snacks and friends and finishing the night in bed watching a scary movie!

How was your experience during your session ::  AMAZING - I wish I could do it all over!
