“I dreamed up Jane + Rosemary with the intention of creating an inviting environment that was inspiring, full of love, joy-filled details and so much more. The Idea behind Jane and Rosemary has always been an avenue to join what I call the Modern Martha + Modern Bohemian. A place for timeless and free- spirited women. Where food, movement, art, and the soul were not compartmentalized, but used cohesively for growth and recovery. An opportunity to live a life of harmony, in mind, body, and spirit. After years of working in the fitness industry with women from their teens to their 70’s I knew other women wanted this space also. That’s why I created Jane + Rosemary, a community for women to be encouraged, embraced, receive helpful resources, and confidently consume. From our content, products with purpose, small events, (coming soon!) and give back initiative, every detail of this community is intentional, created to spark joy, and leave people better. May we know the truth, live the truth and speak the truth.”
