Man oh man did we love this session. Anastasia and Nick are hilarious and we kind of want to be in the delivery room just to watch them interact with each other.
Her simple white dress was perfect in the white studio and stood out against the teal couch. We also loved the detail at the top. And the best part, the dress is in our wardrobe for you to wear if you choose to. The lace gown that opens in the front is also in the wardrobe.
Hair and make-up for your session: it is not necessary to have your hair & makeup professionally done for your photo session, but a lot of women do. Treat yourself! If not, no biggie. If you are applying makeup yourself, stay away from anything shiny (bronzer, glitter, etc.) when being photographed. A nice matte finish will come across best in photos.
Don’t forget about your nails. If you have open-toed shoes, this is a great excuse to pamper yourself and get a pedicure! Believe me, nothing ruins a beautiful maternity portrait like chipped nails. If you are unable to get a mani/pedi, please just be sure to take off any old polish you may have left on before our session.
