Your wedding was perfect, but what was your favorite part?

Being able to have our friends and family there. This year has been crazy and we haven’t seen some of them, or haven’t seen them as much as we would like to. It was nice to feel close to normal for a day, even with masks.

What are some words of wisdom you have for others preparing for their weddings?

Relax. All the tiny details are great, but no one will miss them. Everything will come together.

How would you describe your overall wedding experience?

Eff’ing Awesome! This year has been crazy. We did what we could and we loved it! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Steve was saying his vows. He wrote a poem about how we met and started dating. He read the line “You were persistent, I was clueless” and as if on cue Kona, our dog, barked in agreement. Everyone loved it!!!

if you could do it over again, would you change anything?

Aside from getting rid of Covid, no. We would have liked for it to have been our original plan, but considering the circumstances it was perfect and we get to do it again next year.

Where did you go on your Honeymoon?

Our Covid Honeymoon was a cabin on a lake in Wisconsin. Our normal honeymoon will be Hawaii.
