The first moments with my child ::  There was so much joy and excitement in the room. We didn’t know what we were having and Moira actually got to announce it after they put Nellie right on her chest. We were both so surprised and just thankful to have this perfectly healthy baby looking up at us.

Favorite things about baby  ::  All the snuggling and cuddle time! It is the best feeling in the world having her right up against us with nothing else to think about but her and our new family.

Your idea of the perfect Sunday  ::  We love going to breweries and restaurants in our neighborhood. Our perfect day would be Brian cooking breakfast at home and then walking with Nellie to have a drink with friends!

Mommy says, the best change she's seen in daddy since baby arrived is: Just seeing that look on his face when he’s holding Nellie is the best thing I’ve seen. He is so enamored with her and I love how present he’s been for the both of us.

Daddy says, the best change he's seen in mommy since baby arrived is: Moira was a fantastic mother before Nellie even joined us and I’ve loved to watch her light up with joy now that Nellie has arrived. She makes me enjoy parenthood even more.

How was your experience during your session ::  It was so peaceful and amazing to watch Katie work. Katie was so great with Nellie and it was adorable watching her pose her in all different ways. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!!

Words of wisdom for others planning their sessions :: Look at it as a day to get dressed up and feel a little like your normal selves again. It’s such a fun bonding experience as a family!
